Returns and Refunds

Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005), if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase indicating in the order form a VAT number reference), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal?

To exercise this right, the customer must send, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, a return request via e-mail containing the following data:

-Name surname
-E-mail
-Cellphone number
-Product(s) purchased to be returned
-Order number and order date

This communication must be sent via e-mail to info@chicoechica.it no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods.

How to return the goods?


To make a return, the Customer can contact us at info@chicoechica.it or on WhatsApp at (+39) 3511903252 by writing their order number. We will instantly communicate instructions, methods and times for processing the return procedure.
The shipping costs of the goods to be returned will, as per current legislation, be borne by the Customer and non-refundable.
The Customer must return the items intact, unused, with their original packaging and, for better management of the return, attaching the return email to the package.
Returns will not be accepted for products returned without original packaging, which show signs of use, missing accessories and/or stickers or other defects and/or deficiencies that nullify the integrity of the product.

How is the return refunded?

The Customer will be refunded within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods. The refund will be made in an amount equal to the cost of the products purchased and returned, net of shipping costs (€5.90) ​​and any cost of cash on delivery (€2.50). The refund will be made via the same payment method chosen by the Customer during the purchase and once payment has been received, in the case of cash on delivery. However, the Customer who paid by cash on delivery will be refunded, at his choice, by bank transfer or via PayPal. In case of payment with Paypal, the refund will be made by re-crediting the Customer's Paypal account. If the above methods for returning the goods are not respected, we reserve the right not to accept the return and not to issue a refund.
